Refund policy

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers will be assigned after reviewing the details of the return, and are required in order to process a refund. 

  • Non-stock or special order items may not be returned.
  • Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable. If they were found to be defective they should be returned to the manufacturer. 
  • Products requiring service/repair, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. 
  • To start a return, please contact us at orders@veracitymarine.com. We will verify the nature of the return and provide further instructions upon approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will quickly start the process of making it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
