Ordering

Placing SEPARATE Orders for Parts/Accessories and Apparel

Due to different warehousing locations, apparel orders and part and accessory orders have different (incompatible) sets of shipping options. If you want to choose expedited shipping options for parts and accessories create 2 separate orders: 1 for apparel (no expedited options), and 1 for parts and accessories. Otherwise, the order will default to standard flat rate shipping and not give you the option to choose anything else.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Look, I get it. I change my mind sometimes too! However, as of right now all orders that make it through processing are considered final.

PLEASE double and triple-check your the details and quantities before you submit your order.

On the bright side, the orders are processed in batches every few hours so sometimes there is a small window of time where adjustments can be made. If you've made a major mistake on your order please email orders@veracitymarine.com ASAP.

Let me know what's on your mind (and your phone number) and I will call you back at the very first opportunity. I am still working a fulltime job during the day, and operating Veracity at night so please let me know where you're located (so I don't call you during the middle of the night) and if the issue is time sensitive.

Shipping

In order to be shown expedited shipping options you CANNOT have ANY apparel items in your cart.

If you have a combination of appeal and parts in your cart the order will default to standard flat rate shipping and not give you the option to choose any other shipping options.

What if my order is damaged on arrival?

All of our shipping options include shipping insurance, so if your package shows up mangled by the knucklehead driving the "UPEx" truck don't worry... you're covered.

However, if this happens be sure you:

  1. Do not accept a battered package from the shipping company if you're lucky enough to be present when they attempt to deliver it.
  2. If they have already left it then immediately take photos of the damage and file a claim with the carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  3. In either case above please also send me an email with the photos at orders@veracitymarine.com and I'll start getting another shipment lined up.

What shipping options do you offer?

We have (3) primary shipping options:

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

  • Standard (2-8 days) $9.95 to contiguous 48 states ONLY
  • 2-Day* (really 2-3 days) $19.95** to contiguous 48 states ONLY
  • Overnight* $49.95** to contiguous 48 states ONLY

APPAREL AND CLOTHING

  • STANDARD ONLY (6-12 Days)

* Get orders in before noon if you want to make sure they get processed that same day.

**Things over approximately 60 lbs. or larger than around 36 inches in one dimension are considered "oversized". If you choose to ship an oversized product via the 2-Day or Overnight shipping options there will be an additional $60 surcharge added by the shipping company (which I then pass on to you). For example, a new 50 inch+ trolling motor will be $19.95 + $60 for a total shipping charge of $79.95 for 2-Day, or $49.95 + $60 = $109.95 for Overnight. Again, the surcharge is only if you choose the expedited shipping options.

Warranties, Returns, and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If what you receive is not exactly what was in your cart during checkout then please send us an email at orders@veracitymarine.com immediately.

Otherwise, if you are sent exactly what you asked for (which is obviously my goal) then it's yours. Forever.

As I grow the business and staffing we will work towards becoming a bit more flexible, but as of right now all sales are final.

Again, my goal is sincerely to send you exactly what you want, so please double and triple-check your order/cart details before submitting them.

NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, and ALL PROCESSED AND PAID ORDERS ARE FINAL.

Does VERACITY handle product warranty claims?

We do not. All warranty agreements, registrations, claims, etc. should be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product(s) you've purchased.
